STUDENT RESIDENCE PERMIT
 
According to the protocol between the Presidency of the Higher Education Institution and the Ministry of Interior, which entered into force on November 29, 2023, students enrolled in one of the programs of our university (associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctorate) who apply for a student residence permit must submit the documents specified in the form along with the residence permit student registration form to the relevant departments of our university (Student Affairs Department or International Student Office) as soon as possible, without waiting for the appointment date after applying for a student residence permit.

Documents:
  1. Residence permit registration/ application form (wet signed by the student)
  2. Passport or passport replacement document (as the original was seen)
  3. The document shows the student status (Additional Transcript for term extenders)
  4. 4 biometric photos
  5. Valid health insurance (private health insurance covering the period of GSS or residence permit request)
  6. The document shows the address information where he will stay
    • If he is staying in his own house, a photocopy of the title deed (“settlement document and invoice" are sufficient for extension applications)
    • If he stays with the lease agreement, a notarized copy of the lease agreement
    • Hotel etc. if you are staying in accommodation places, there is a document stating that you are staying in these placese
    • If the student is staying in the dormitories, the document stating that he is staying in the dormitory
    • If the supporter is staying with him, the notarized commitment of the person he is staying with (If the supporter is married, also the notarized commitment of his wife)
  7. Receipt of paying the cost of the residence permit document
  8. for foreigners under the age of 18; for those who come with a visa exemption or a visa for different purposes; a document containing parent/guardian information (birth certificate, family certificate, etc.) and the consent letter issued by the parent/guardian / legal representative (for those who come with a visa suitable for the purpose ((study visa)); the document containing the consent letter and parent/guardian information will not be added.)
